Update -
We have identified that customers receiving Conversion Logs in any region for whom an incoming conversion was processed through AP-Northeast during the impacted window would also have been impacted. Remediation steps remain as follows.
“A resolution to this issue has been deployed and Logs from 09/07 12:00 PM EDT onwards will be accessible for all customers. To to access the log files from ~09/06 12:00 PM EDT to 09/07 12:00 PM EDT, customer’s S3 bucket object ownership should be updated to “Bucket owner enforced” or, alternatively, Beeswax will need to issue a backfill. Account teams will be contacting impacted customers to align on next steps”

Identified -
Customers receiving auction, Bid, or Conversion Logs for AP-Northeast Bidders with bucket object ownership "Object Writer" are currently unable to access these logs. We have identified a root cause and are working on deploying a fix. A backfill strategy will then be communicated for Logs from the interim period.
